Policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING YOUR PERMANENT MAKEUP BOOKING

• A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required to book your appointment. Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been received.

• All bookings, cancellations and rescheduling must be made via the online booking system at least 72 hours in advance.

• Failure to move or cancel your appointment 72 hours before will result in a loss of your deposit and a new deposit must be paid to rebook a new appointment.

• You MUST arrive on time to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment you will forfeit your appointment and lose your booking deposit.

• At time of booking you MUST declare any medications you are taking, allergies you have or skin disorders. Failure to do so could result in the cancellation of your treatment.

• Clients who are breast-feeding, diagnosed with cancer or diabetes, or any other illnesses/conditions that require medical attention must contact Michele @ 805-307-6545 before making any bookings.

• You cannot go ahead with this treatment if you are pregnant.
